Terms of Service:

This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of Future Imaging/Future Imaging Design Ltd Services. By using Future Imaging/Future Imaging Design Ltd Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse the Future Imaging/Future Imaging Design Ltd Website) or you are a "Client" (which means that you are using Future Imaging/Future Imaging Design Ltd Services).

Future Imaging/Future Imaging Design Ltd may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the TOS, by email, regular mail or postings on the Service.

Any and all designs / services rendered from Future Imaging/Future Imaging Design Ltd are subject to the following:

1.) “All” designs / services will be saved to the Future Imaging/Future Imaging Design Ltd portfolio (Unless contractually agreed otherwise).

2.) “All” Designs / Multi-Media are subject to be used as examples to attract future Clients (Unless contractually agreed otherwise).

3.) “All” Service Client(s) are subject to be referred to in order to attract future clients (Unless contractually agreed otherwise).

4.) Future Imaging/Future Imaging Design Ltd Holds “All” Copyright Value for “Any” design Created through our Services, with the following contractual exceptions: Joint & or sale(s) of copyright(s) can be arranged Contractually.

5.) Future Imaging/Future Imaging Design Ltd shall “Not” be held liable for “Any” misuse of designs once released to the client(s) after purchase. Liability is the Soul responsibility of the purchasing client(s) & we expect “Every” client(s) to adhere to this term.

6.) Future Imaging/Future Imaging Design Ltd holds the right to refuse service at anytime & shall not be required to disclose the reason of refusal.

7.) In case of Copyright infringement; Future Imaging/Future Imaging Design Ltd reserves the right to take “All” legal action required & allowed by law to prosecute the guilty Party(s).

8.) Future Imaging/Future Imaging Design Ltd does "Not” have a refund or return Policy; Meaning: Once a purchase is made, the client(s) may “Not” return the work & the work is “Not” eligible for a refund.

9) You agree to indemnify and hold Future Imaging/Future Imaging Design Ltd and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensor's harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.

10.) Future Imaging/Future Imaging Design Ltd reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Future Imaging/Future Imaging Design Ltd shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
